Palo Santo Smudge Stick

Palo Santo means "holy wood" to the indigenous peoples of South America. Used for generations for healing and purifying, palo santo is a wonderful alternative to smudging with sage. It has a lighter, sweet scent and the smoke is a lot less than with most sages. The stick will last a very long time, even with regular use.
Simply light one end of the stick, let the flame go out on its own and fan the gentle smoke around your home, sacred space, or the person you are healing.
