The Five Element Theory is derived from Chinese Medicine and outlines the relationship between the different elements of wood, fire, earth, metal and water, the life force that flows through them. When these elements become unbalanced, symptoms and diseases start to develop. Ellen is qualified to use The Five Elements theory to aid her in seeing where changes may be needed to help restore balance.
